Resumo:
Recently, cities in the BR-163 road axis in Mato Grosso have suffered the effects of deep transformations, caused by the arrival of vast investments in the area centered in modern agriculture. Among those, the counties that seat the meat/grain chain stand out, specially after the arrival of Sadia and Perdigão companies. These counties are: Lucas do Rio Verde, Nova Mutum and Sorriso. The technical-productive model based in the tripod: technique, science and information foretell the implementation of the biggest meat/grain chain in South America . Big corporations, like Sadia, have been attracted by the possibilities of a new dimension of production and the nearness of the commodities, considering the magnitude of grain production in the region. For the producers, the implementation of the meat/grain chain in the modern agriculture concentration area in Mato Grosso’s BR-163 is presented as a solution for the crisis of the technical-productive model based in soy monoculture. In this research we intent analyze the specifics of the meat/grain chain in the poultry segment, in terms of new demands to formal work, specially in regard to the number of works, their qualifications and income in production of grains and poultry breeding. Those changes were articulated in a technical level applied in a context which new works relations were established, resulting in spatial (re)organization ensuing from new action systems generating processes over new fixed, resulting in the creation of flows.
