[pt] Recentemente, municípios do eixo da BR-163 mato-grossense têm sido alvo de profundas transformações em virtude da chegada de vultosos investimentos na área concentrada da agricultura moderna, destacando-se aqueles que têm sediado a cadeia carne/grãos, a saber, Lucas do Rio Verde, Nova Mutum e Sorriso, principalmente com a chegada da Sadia e da Perdigão. Com um modelo técnicoprodutivo embasado no tripé técnica, ciência e informação, anuncia-se a implantação da maior cadeia carne/grãos da América Latina. Empresas de grande porte, como a Sadia em Lucas do Rio Verde, vêm sendo atraídas pelas possibilidades de novas escalas de produção e aproximação das matérias-primas, tendo em vista a magnitude da produção de grãos na região. Para os produtores, a implantação da cadeia carne/grãos na área de concentração da agricultura moderna na BR-163 mato-grossense é apresentada como saída para a crise do modelo técnico-produtivo assentado na monocultura da soja. Neste trabalho procurou-se analisar as especificidades da cadeia carne/grãos no segmento avícola em termos de novas exigências no âmbito do trabalho formal, especialmente no que tange ao número de trabalhadores, à qualificação e à renda na produção de grãos e na criação de aves. Tais mudanças foram articuladas ao nível técnico implementado em um contexto em que se instituíram novas relações de trabalho, resultando em (re)organizações espaciais decorrentes de processos geradores de novos sistemas de ação sobre novos fixos, implicando na criação de fluxos.

[en] Recently, cities in the BR-163 road axis in Mato Grosso have suffered the effects of deep transformations, caused by the arrival of vast investments in the area centered in modern agriculture. Among those, the counties that seat the meat/grain chain stand out, specially after the arrival of Sadia and Perdigão companies. These counties are: Lucas do Rio Verde, Nova Mutum and Sorriso. The technical-productive model based in the tripod: technique, science and information foretell the implementation of the biggest meat/grain chain in South America . Big corporations, like Sadia, have been attracted by the possibilities of a new dimension of production and the nearness of the commodities, considering the magnitude of grain production in the region. For the producers, the implementation of the meat/grain chain in the modern agriculture concentration area in Mato Grosso’s BR-163 is presented as a solution for the crisis of the technical-productive model based in soy monoculture. In this research we intent analyze the specifics of the meat/grain chain in the poultry segment, in terms of new demands to formal work, specially in regard to the number of works, their qualifications and income in production of grains and poultry breeding. Those changes were articulated in a technical level applied in a context which new works relations were established, resulting in spatial (re)organization ensuing from new action systems generating processes over new fixed, resulting in the creation of flows.
