Resumo:
This work proposes the development of an application to connect selective waste collection cooperatives and industries, eliminating intermediaries and adding value to waste. Currently, cooperatives face low selling prices and an imbalance in waste picker remuneration, due to the need for intermediaries. The solution aims to allow cooperatives to group their waste volumes, making them attractive for direct sale to industries. The system will enable cooperative managers to register waste volumes and types, and companies to register their demands. Upon reaching the minimum volume for negotiation, the system will notify the parties, suggest prices based on historical data, and ensure transparency by displaying the negotiation to the waste pickers. Payment will be released after confirmation of material dispatch and receipt, and a proof of payment will be attached. The application seeks to promote the circular economy, increase the revenue of cooperatives and waste pickers, and reduce environmental impact. Development will follow phases of conceptualization, interviews, requirements definition, modeling, construction, evaluation, and adjustments.
