Resumo:
This work analyzes how the institutional arrangement established by the Dayton Agreement created the political conditions that Republika Srpska has exploited to advance its secessionist agenda within a structurally fragmented state. The study describes the peacebuilding process and the maintenance of international intervention in Bosnia and Herzegovina to this day. It also analyzes the trajectory of unilateral legislative initiatives and revisionist discourse adopted by Republika Srpska. Finally, it shows how these movements produce recurring cycles of institutional crisis that destabilize the country s political functioning
