Thus, they are part of the international system in a variety of issues, and it is necessary to consider them before making any political decision. However, with the advancement of anti-immigration measures in the United States, it is clear that the rights of this group have been suffering in a more specific way. Therefore, this policy brief will explore how immigration policies, which restrict and prevent immigrants from entering other territories, affect children. In addition, it will analyze what possibilities can be explored both to protect and to prevent these children from being affected by the strengthening of these immigration policies.
