Resumo:
With the 2020 pandemic, the home office became one of the ways out for many companies to survive, after the end of the isolation, companies kept the home office and others introduced the hybrid modality, which became a trend in the post-pandemic scenario. Quality of life is one of the factors that determine the success of companies, given that the results of organizations are influenced by the performance of employees, so providing quality of life in the workplace is important and each generation has its own vision of the job market. The aim of this article is to analyze how the hybrid modality can influence employees quality of life at work, looking at generation Y.
