Resumo:
The present study identified the perception of working women regarding their quality of work life (QWL) and the reconciliation of professional and personal life with the use of telework. The field research was conducted with women from a multinational company in the human resources sector, operating in the states of São Paulo, Maranhão, Goiás, and Pará. Based on the results, it was found that women, through telework, were able to reconcile their professional and personal demands. Opinions on the advantages and disadvantages were varied, depending on each woman s individual reality.
