Documenting the use of hospital materials during clinical care is an extremely important process for the Hospital, and the doctor is responsible for creating the record. Problems in records are still recurrent and generate monetary losses for service providers. There is room for the introduction of technologies that can
improve the quality of the documentation process. This work presents a mobile iOS solution that, together with the use of NFC tags and blockchain, seeks to automate and minimize documentation errors.
