Resumo:
Over the years, volunteering has gained more space in society, growing significantly in recent years. This study aims to identify the factors that motivate volunteering and to analyze the importance of training as a tool in this type of activity. In addition to the bibliographic review, a field research was carried out, through the application of a questionnaire made available to people who performed volunteer work in the last three years. It was possible to conclude the study once the motivating factors that lead people to practice voluntary action were identified, as well as analyzing the importance of training as a tool in volunteering.
