The research is an analysis that includes credit products offered to the lower middle class and whether digital banks are an alternative to traditional banks. The study was made based on four credit products available in the market. Both alternative and traditional banks were included in the research, and a comparison between the products was made, based on the interest rates offered by each institution. Based on the analysis, it was possible to conclude that currently digital banks do not have the same products offered by traditional banks. In addition, digital banks are offering the best rates compared to traditional banks. The results of this study provides opportunity for more people to get to know these new digital banks and to seek better rates from their traditional institutions.
