This Study intends to analyze a specific Fintech, that makes loans for small and medium companies, to see if the company s mission to impact society in a positive way it s actually a core value of the company, and if the principals of Conscious Capitalism apply on a daily basis. The Study analyzed 3 main stakeholders, the Partners, by interviewing them, the Workforce of the company s Operation team, who answered a survey, and the Clients, through the feedback they left the company using the TrustPilot Platform. The study concludes that the company does, in a natural way, utilize the principals of Conscious Capitalism together with technology to create value to both clients, workers and partners.
