Resumo:
The present study aims to analyze the impact of using experiential marketing tools on the clients of the concept store Chocolate Q – Aquim. In order to do this, an interview with the owner of the establishment was carried out, as well as three other surveys: a participant observation study, a qualitative interview with the employees and an on-site qualitative survey with the clients. As a result, analysis and recommendations were made to the company, for the purpose of boosting the sales and increasing the loyalty of the customers.
