Resumo:
Handcrafted beer comes as an appeal to a public who values quality and who aspires to novelties, because it is a market trend, it is important that breweries seek to understand more about the behavior of the consumer of craft beer and the attributes that determined in the purchase decision. The present study aims to identify which are the attributes of artisanal beer most valued by its consumers in the city of Rio de Janeiro. For this, a survey was conducted with residents of Rio de Janeiro and who consume craft beer.
