This study aims to analyze adverse conditions in the bad work environment that can affect the psychological state of its organizers. The research was carried out with students and alumni of the Puc-Rio college of the Administration course, ranging in age from 21 to 30 years, which can be considered as a small part of the new entrants in the job market. In addition to analyzing these adverse conditions in the poor working environment, this paper analyzes the main emotional problems faced by these young people in the labor market, such as occupational stress and Burnout Syndrome and how this affects their psychological state and consequently their physical state.
