Resumo:
The present study aims to study the factors that influence the consumption of gourmet foods, what would be the attributes and more for this consumption. The research was exploratory in nature with two different types of research: individual interviews and focus group with tastings, so that this form can be verified on the same product. The indicative result that characterizes the differentiation, diversity of flavors and quality, some of the reasons for the consumption of the product, in addition, is also considered a fair price - characteristic feature in this product -, that sometimes can help or prejudice the consumption of the Brigadier Gourmet Lifestyle, such as advantages and experiences, contributions to consumption, in addition to the advancement and development of the sector also contributes to the increase in consumption.
