Faced with the challenge of promoting the teaching of Calculus and Analytic Geometry related to Firefighter s activities, in the Officer Training Course, of the Military Fire Brigade of the State of Rio de Janeiro, the work proposes to develop, based on bibliographical research and in my experience as a Firefighter-Military officer and as a teacher of that course, two group activities that involves topics such as mathematics and searching for victims lost in the woods. At the same time that the knowledge is applied comprehensively by the students of that course, promoting effective learning, the proposals also aims to develop tools that the future Military Firefighter officer can make use of when in real rescue activity.
