Resumo:
This dissertation presents a compiling of the major point from the capture, transport, use and permanent storage of carbon dioxide. This study considers two main linked motivations: (1) the several uses e storage methods for CO2 in present time; (2) The need to transport the fluid from its capture point to the de point of use or storage. The study is divided between the capture methods, the main uses for CO2 and the methods of transportation, more specifically thru pipeline. In this part, several simulations were made, both theoretic and real case studies, including a brief study of the cost of the pipelines.
