[pt] Decorrente da influência direta de falas autoritárias e extremistas fundamentadas em valores judaico-cristãos difundidas por líderes governamentais, o Brasil enfrenta a inflamação de discursos conservadores, normativos e religiosos fundamentalistas na esfera pública. Historicamente, tais discursos vêm sendo usados para manter uma estrutura de dominação e propagar preconceitos, dentre eles a LGBTQIfobia. Diante disso, as igrejas inclusivas surgem como uma resposta à exclusão historicamente perpetuada pelas igrejas tradicionais contra a comunidade LGBTQI+, propondo-se a criar e promover espaços de acolhimento. Alinhada à metodologia qualitativa interpretativista, a presente pesquisa trabalha com narrativas advindas de entrevistas com membros e líderes de duas diferentes igrejas inclusivas do estado do Rio de Janeiro. Partindo de ferramentas analíticas dos campos da Análise de Narrativa e da Linguística Queer, busca-se compreender como os participantes negociam suas identidades perante o discurso religioso fundamentalista, como constroem vivências LGBTQI+ em igrejas inclusivas e de que maneira as normatividades associadas às igrejas tradicionais são apresentadas e discursivamente trabalhadas em espaços inclusivos. Por meio da análise, observa se que as igrejas inclusivas atuam como espaços de embates discursivos, simultaneamente subvertendo valores cristãos tradicionais ao centralizar a comunidade LGBTQI+ e reforçando a regulação de práticas e a manutenção de normatividades.

[en] Driven by the direct influence of authoritarian and extremist rhetoric rooted in Judeo-Christian ethics from governmental leadership, Brazil is witnessing a rise in conservative, normative, and religious fundamentalist discourse in its public sphere. Historically, such discourses have been used to uphold structures of domination and propagate prejudice, including LGBTQIphobia. In response, inclusive churches have emerged as a counterpoint to the historical exclusion perpetuated by traditional churches toward the LGBTQI+ community, seeking to create and promote spaces of acceptance. Guided by an interpretivist qualitative methodology, this study draws on narratives from interviews with members and leaders of two different inclusive churches in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Guided by the analytical tools from Narrative Analysis and Queer Linguistics, the research seeks to understand how participants negotiate their identities in the face of fundamentalist religious discourse, how they build LGBTQI+ experiences within inclusive churches, and how the norms associated with traditional churches are presented and discursively addressed in inclusive spaces. Based on the analysis, it is seen that inclusive churches function as spaces of discursive contest, simultaneously subverting traditional Christian values by centering the LGBTQI+ community, while also reinforcing the regulation of practices and the maintenance of normative frameworks.
