[pt] Este trabalho investigou a viabilidade de um modelo de Liga de Futebol no
Brasil, inspirado na Premier League e NFL, analisando os desafios para sua
implementação e seu potencial para tornar o futebol brasileiro mais competitivo e
financeiramente sustentável. A pesquisa qualitativa, baseada em entrevistas com
especialistas do setor, explorou as vantagens de uma estrutura de Liga,
destacando questões como equilíbrio financeiro, novas oportunidades
comerciais, desenvolvimento esportivo e a falta de coesão entre clubes para a
sua criação.
Resumo
[en] This study investigated the feasibility of a Football League model in Brazil,
inspired by the Premier League and NFL, analyzing the challenges of its
implementation and its potential to make Brazilian football more competitive and
financially sustainable. The qualitative research, based on interviews with
industry experts, explored the advantages of a league structure, highlighting
aspects such as financial balance, new commercial opportunities, sports
development, and the lack of cohesion among clubs for establishing a unified
league.
