[pt] Esta pesquisa versa sobre A compreensão da graça de Deus, com base no texto de Cl 1,3-8. A partir dos escritos paulinos é possível aproximar-se de sua autoconsciência e então achegar à ideia que o apóstolo possuía sobre a graça e os impactos na vida dos cristãos alcançados por ela, como também a suas interações e relações sociais a partir de então. Paulo fala de forma abundante em suas cartas sobre a graça de Deus, sobre o Evangelho da graça de Jesus Cristo, pelo qual ele também foi alcançado e feito participante (Fl 3,12). Neste sentido, este estudo apresenta uma análise do texto base aqui pesquisado, recorrendo ao contexto histórico tanto da vida do apóstolo, como da carta aos Colossenses, em que o Evangelho cresce e frutifica mesmo diante de desafios. O estudo ainda apresenta um status quaestionis a respeito do tema em Cl 1,3-8, com as contribuições necessárias de vários autores. Também lança luz sobre como o homem da antiguidade, sobretudo do séc. I d.C., pensava e entendia a graça, bem como na literatura Patrística, na Medieval, na Reforma e no pensamento de alguns autores modernos sobre a graça em Paulo. Por fim, apresenta-se uma exegese da perícope de Cl 1,3-8, seguindo os critérios do Método Histórico-Crítico, para buscar alcançar o sentido próprio do texto direcionado para a compreensão do tema A compreensão da graça de Deus em Cl 1,3-8: Uma análise exegética.

[en] This research is about Understanding God s grace, based on the text of Col 1,3-8. From Paul s writings it is possible to approach his self-awareness and then get to the idea that the apostle had about grace and the impacts on the lives of Christians reached by it, as well as their interactions and social relations from then on. Paul speaks abundantly in his letters about God s grace, about the Gospel of the grace of Jesus Christ, by which he was also reached and made a participant (Phil 3,12). In this sense, this study presents an analysis of the basic text researched here, using the historical context of both the apostle s life and the letter to the Colossians, in which the Gospel grows and bears fruit even in the face of challenges. The study also presents a status quaestionis regarding the theme in Col 1,3-8, with the necessary contributions from several authors. It also sheds light on how the man of antiquity, especially in the 1st century AD, thought and understood grace, as well as in Patristic literature, in the Middle Ages, in the Reformation and in the thinking of some modern authors about grace in Paul. Finally, an exegesis of the pericope of Col 1,3-8 is presented, following the criteria of the Historical Critical Method, in order to seek to reach the proper meaning of the text directed towards the understanding of the theme The understanding of God s grace in Col 1,3-8: An exegetical analysis.
