[pt] Considerando que o sucesso no acesso aos espaços universitários não trouxe igualdade de oportunidades para as mulheres mães, essa investigação traz para a discussão como os caminhos percorridos pelas mães universitárias podem nos indicar a real condição dessa estudante não tradicional dentro da academia. Observando a dinâmica das relações das mulheres mães universitárias dentro dos espaços universitários, no que tange os limites da afiliação ou a sua não atribuição, este trabalho analisa como as violências simbólicas, a falta de estrutura, de reconhecimento e de políticas afirmativas voltadas ao grupo das mulheres mães universitárias não só impactam a vida acadêmica, mas funcionam como marcador de opressão que atua diretamente como empecilho para a integração e “afiliação” das mulheres mães universitárias ao espaço acadêmico e no fazer acadêmico. Para compreender a condição da mulher mãe estudante essa dissertação ouviu, através de entrevista semiestruturada, 08 discentes mães da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. O embasamento teórico se deu por revisão bibliográfica de autores que abordam permanência universitária, trajetória universitária, história social da mulher e a maternidade.

[en] Considering that success in accessing university spaces did not bring equal opportunities for women mothers, this investigation brings to the discussion how the paths taken by university mothers can indicate the real condition of this non-traditional student within academia. Observing the dynamics of the relationships of female university mothers within university spaces, regarding the limits of affiliation or its non-attribution, this work analyzes how symbolic violence, the lack of structure, recognition and affirmative policies aimed at group of university women mothers not only impacts academic life, but works as markers of oppression that directly act as obstacles to the integration and affiliation of university women mothers to the academic space and academic activities. To understand the condition of female student mothers, this dissertation interviewed, through semi-structured interviews, 08 student mothers from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The theoretical basis was based on a bibliographical review of authors who address university tenure, university trajectory, the social history of women and maternity.
