[pt] A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo central analisar a relação capital-trabalho e os efeitos das modificações legislativas trabalhistas nos últimos anos, no Brasil, sob o recorte temporal principal do período de 2016 a 2022. O estudo pautou-se em revisão bibliográfica e em pesquisa documental, onde foram observadas as reformas previdenciária e trabalhista, agregadas ao aprofundamento de práticas de terceirização, cenário em que as atuais normativas de políticas públicas trabalhistas e seus impactos nas relações de trabalho no Brasil, sobretudo em tempos de pandemia da Covid-19, favorecem as condições de reprodução e desenvolvimento do capital enquanto ampliam e aprofundam a degradação do trabalho. A análise dos dados coletados buscou demonstrar que tais mecanismos vêm funcionando como estímulo à ampliação da acumulação capitalista em condições favoráveis apenas à classe patronal levando, consequentemente, ao aumento do desmonte dos direitos do trabalho e da piora das condições de vida e de trabalho da classe trabalhadora, reforçando e garantindo, assim, a estrutural desigualdade social em que se assenta o modo de produção capitalista, em particular no mundo do trabalho.

[en] The main objective of this research is to analyze the capital-labor relationship and the effects of labor legislative changes in recent years, in Brazil, under the main timeframe of the period from 2016 to 2022. The study was based on a bibliographical review and research documentary, where social security and labor reforms were observed, combined with the deepening of outsourcing practices, a scenario in which current public labor policy regulations and their impacts on labor relations in Brazil, especially in times of the Covid-19 pandemic, favor the conditions of reproduction and development of capital while expanding and deepening the degradation of work. The analysis of the data collected sought to demonstrate that such mechanisms have been working as a stimulus to the expansion of capitalist accumulation in conditions favorable only to the employer class, consequently leading to an increase in the dismantling of labor rights and the worsening of the class s living and working conditions. worker, thus reinforcing and guaranteeing the structural social inequality on which the capitalist mode of production is based, particularly in the world of work.
