[pt] O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo desenvolver estratégias para
alavancar o programa sócio-torcedor do Clube de Regatas Vasco da Gama. Através
do estudo com alguns clubes que possuem boas estratégias em seus programas e
com base na pesquisa com os consumidores, foi possível analisar e definir
estratégias a serem implementadas pelo Vasco da Gama.
Resumo
[en] The main objective of this work is to develop strategies to leverage the Clube de
Regatas Vasco da Gama fan club program. Through studying some clubs that have
good strategies in their programs and based on research with consumers, it was
possible to analyze and define strategies to be implemented by Vasco da Gama.
