[pt] O presente projeto se baseia na constituição de um sistema computacional capaz de dimensionar engrenagens de dentes retos e helicoidais, inicialmente pensado para aplicação nos estudos de concepção de veículo off-road do tipo Mini Baja SAE, porém, podendo ser aplicado ao dimensionamento de engrenagem de qualquer esquema mecânico. O material faz uso do software Excel e segue as normas internacionais impostas pelo American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), comitê responsável pelo desenvolvimento de todo regulamento acerca de engrenagens.

[en] The current project is based on the formulation of a computational system capable of dimensioning spur and helical gears, initially thought for application in the design studies of the off-road vehicle Mini Baja SAE type. However, it can be applied to the dimensioning of any gear of any mechanical scheme. The material uses Excel software and follows international standards imposed by the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), the committee responsible for developing all regulations on gears.
