[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o comportamento dos consumidores em relação às Fake News em redes sociais e em veículos jornalísticos. Para este fim, foi promovida uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória, onde foram entrevistados dois distintos grupos de foco, com o objetivo de entender se a forma em que eles percebiam as Fake News havia alguma relação com a preocupação do indivíduo com o vírus da Covid-19. Através da análise do resultado do estudo, e comparação com a teoria do comportamento do consumidor, pode-se concluir que a forma em que os participantes se relacionaram com redes sociais e Fake News era tinha como razão a maneira em que lidavam com o Corona Vírus.
Resumo
[en] This study aims to analyze the behavior of consumers in regard to Fake News on social networks and journalistic vehicles. For this research, a qualitative and exploratory research was carried out, in which two different focus groups were interviewed, with the aim of understanding whether the way in which they perceived Fake News had any relationship with the individual s concern with the Covid-19. Through the analysis of the study results, and comparison with the theory of consumer behavior, it can be concluded that the way in which the participants related to social networks and Fake News was due to the way in which they dealt with the Corona Virus.
