[pt] Com o passar dos anos, o voluntariado foi ganhando mais espaço na sociedade, crescendo significativamente nos últimos anos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os fatores que motivam o voluntariado e analisar a importância da capacitação nesse tipo de atuação. Além da revisão bibliográfica foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, através da aplicação de um questionário disponibilizado para as pessoas que realizaram o trabalho voluntário nos últimos três anos. Foi possível concluir o estudo uma vez que foram identificados os fatores motivadores que levam as pessoas a praticarem a ação voluntária, assim como analisar a importância da capacitação como ferramenta no voluntariado.

[en] Over the years, volunteering has gained more space in society, growing significantly in recent years. This study aims to identify the factors that motivate volunteering and to analyze the importance of training as a tool in this type of activity. In addition to the bibliographic review, a field research was carried out, through the application of a questionnaire made available to people who performed volunteer work in the last three years. It was possible to conclude the study once the motivating factors that lead people to practice voluntary action were identified, as well as analyzing the importance of training as a tool in volunteering.
