[pt] Kiyosaki (1997) apresenta dois modelos de raciocínio em seu livro, Pai Rico, Pai Pobre. Este trabalho busca verificar para qual tipo de mentalidade os novos adultos da cidade do Rio de Janeiro estão tendenciados a seguir. O diferencial é que além de uma composição de carteira, o entrevistado também responde a um questionário com assertivas utilizadas pelo autor para caracterizar cada tipo de pensamento. Uma análise comparativa permitiu concluir que: a maioria dos entrevistados possui um perfil Pai Rico; as pessoas não possuem um bom conhecimento do seu perfil; que homens possuem mais tendência ao perfil Pai Rico do que as mulheres; que pessoas que já investem são mais inclinadas ao perfil Pai Rico do que as que não possuem investimento.
Resumo
[en] Kiyosaki (1997) presents two models of reasoning in his book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad. This paper seeks to verify which type of mindset the new adults (younglings) of the city of Rio de Janeiro are inclined to follow. The difference is that in addition to a portfolio composition, the interviewed also responds to a questionnaire with
assertions used by the author to characterize each type of thinking. A comparative analysis concluded that: most respondents have a Rich Dad profile; that people don t have a good knowledge of their profile; that men are more prone to the Rich Dad profile than women; that people who already invest are more inclined to the
Rich Dad profile than those who have no investment.
