[pt] O estudo propõe mostrar a importância da responsabilidade socioambiental em uma empresa automotiva alemã, acusando pontos fortes e pontos a serem tratados por líderes que trabalham na organização. A abordagem foi feita na empresa Audi, que atua no setor automotivo e faz parte do Grupo Volkswagen. Para fazer o trabalho foi feito um estudo analítico e descritivo, com análises qualitativas e uso de pesquisa bibliográfica, e uma entrevista estruturada via questionário. Com base nos dados obtidos realizou-se uma análise e, após, foram feitas recomendações a empresa. Problemas relativos a dados e não adoção de programas foram vistos, mas a empresa vem adotando aspectos socioambientais em seus processos.
Resumo
[en] The study proposes to show the importance of socio-environmental responsibility in a German automotive company, highlighting the strengths and points to be addressed by leaders working in the organization. The approach was made in the company Audi, which operates in the automotive sector and is part of the Volkswagen Group. In order to do the work, an analytical and descriptive study was carried out, with qualitative analyzes and use of bibliographical research, and a structured questionnaire interview. Based on the data obtained, an analysis was performed and, afterwards, recommendations were made to the company. Problems related to data and non-adoption of programs were seen, but the company has been adopting socio-environmental aspects in its processes.
