Resumo
[pt] O presente trabalho tem objetivo de estudar os fatores que influenciam o consumo de doces gourmets, quais seriam os atributos mais considerados para esse consumo. A pesquisa foi de natureza exploratória com realização de dois diferentes tipos de pesquisa: entrevistas individuais e grupo de foco com degustações, para que dessa forma fosse possível ver opiniões distintas sobre o mesmo produto. O resultado indica que características como diferenciação, diversidade de sabores e qualidade, são alguns dos motivos para o consumo do produto, além disso, também é considerado a questão preço – característica marcante nesse produto -, que algumas vezes pode ajudar ou prejudicar o consumo do brigadeiro gourmet. O estilo de vida, as vontades e experiências, contribuem para o consumo, em complemento o avanço e desenvolvimento do setor também contribui para o aumento do consumo.
Resumo
[en] The present study aims to study the factors that influence the consumption of gourmet foods, what would be the attributes and more for this consumption. The research was exploratory in nature with two different types of research: individual interviews and focus group with tastings, so that this form can be verified on the same product. The indicative result that characterizes the differentiation, diversity of flavors and quality, some of the reasons for the consumption of the product, in addition, is also considered a fair price - characteristic feature in this product -, that sometimes can help or prejudice the consumption of the Brigadier Gourmet Lifestyle, such as advantages and experiences, contributions to consumption, in addition to the advancement and development of the sector also contributes to the increase in consumption.
