[pt] Este trabalho tem o intuito de mostrar que o uso da língua como ferramenta de comunicação é traçado pela cultura subjetiva. Esta, aliada ao conhecimento da língua em sua função pragmática, deve ser o foco do estudo intercultural, no qual se inscreve o ensino/ aprendizagem de PL2E. Para tanto, estudaremos as formas de tratamento e os vocativos usados com registros diferentes, embora em um mesmo contexto situacional, servindo-nos, como material de análise, de extratos das falas do personagem Coronel Nascimento no filme Tropa de Elite 2: o inimigo agora é outro, tendo como fundamento teórico o conceito de sociedade de DaMatta, de interacionismo de Goffman, de contexto de Koch, de atos de fala de Fiorin e de ensino em PL2E de Meyer. Assim, buscamos mostrar que o uso adequado da língua, mesmo que esteja de acordo com a língua normativa, se não estiver de acordo com o contexto sociocultural não terá sucesso, pois não produzirá o efeito desejado pelos interlocutores, isso é determinante na imersão sociolinguística do aluno estrangeiro.

[en] This work aims to show that the use of language as a communication tool is outlined by subjective culture. This, coupled with the knowledge of the language in its pragmatic function, should be the focus of intercultural study, which forms part of the teaching / learning PL2E. To this end, we will study the forms of treatment and vocatives used with different records, while at the same situational context, serving us, as analysis material, extracts from speeches of the character Colonel Nascimento in the film Elite Squad 2: The Enemy now is another, with the theoretical foundation of the concept Da Matta society, of interactionism Goffman, of context Koch, of acts of speech Fiorin and teaching in PL2E Meyer. Thus, we seek to show that the appropriate use of language, even if it is in accordance with the normative language, if not in accordance with the socio-cultural context will not succeed because it does not produce the desired effect by the parties, this is very important in immersion situation cultural and linguistic-of-foreign-student.
