[pt] O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar como vem se realizando o processo de Reabilitação Psicossocial Assistida dos moradores do Serviço Residencial Terapêutico do Fonseca, em acompanhamento pelo Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Herbert de Souza (CAPS), em Niterói, RJ. Para tal, procedeu-se a um estudo qualitativo que incluiu observação participante e entrevista semi-estruturada com 10 profissionais (02 coordenadores, 01 assistente técnica, 03 psicólogos, 01 enfermeira, 01 médica psiquiatra, 01 terapeuta ocupacional e 01 acompanhante domiciliar) que atuam no Serviço Residencial Terapêutico e no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Herbert de Souza. As entrevistas foram gravadas com a permissão dos entrevistados, transcritas e analisadas à luz das categorias centrais do estudo: desinstitucionalização, reabilitação psicossocial assistida e inclusão social. Por caber ao CAPS, como dispositivo estratégico da atual política de assistência à Saúde Mental, o desafio da desinstitucionalização e a condução do processo de reabilitação assistida, os achados apontam a necessidade de melhor diálogo entre as duas equipes de cuidado, bem como a necessidade de maior aproximação do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial com os moradores, tendo em vista que o porquê de cada um deles estar vivendo em uma residência terapêutica é muito parecido. Por conta disso, deve-se tomar cuidado para não tratá-los como um grupo, mas acompanhá-los individualmente em seus processos de reabilitação psicossocial assistida.

[en] This study aims at the analyzes of how the process of assisted psychosocial rehabilitation of the residents of the Therapeutic Residential Services of Fonseca, monitored by the Center for Psychosocial Attention Herbert de Souza (CAPS), Niterói, RJ. is been carried on. In order to do so, we did a qualitative study that included participant observation and semi-structured interviews with 10 professionals (02 coordinators, 01 technical assistant, 03 psychologists, 01 nurse, 01 medical psychiatrist, 01 occupational therapist and 01 home care taker) that act in the Therapeutic Residential Services and in the Center for Psychosocial Attention Herbert de Souza. The interviews were taped with the permission of those interviewed, transcribed and analyzed in the light of the central categories of the study: deinstitutionalization, psychosocial rehabilitation assistance and social inclusion. For the CAPS fit, as a strategic device of the current policy of assistance for mental health, the challenge of deinstitutionalization and the conduction of the rehabilitation assistance, the findings highlight the need for better dialogue between the two teams in charge of care, as well as the need for a greater approximation of the Psychosocial Attention Center with the residents in order that the reason why each of them is living in a home therapy is very similar. For this reason, one should be careful in not treating them as a group but individually in their processes of assisted psychosocial rehabilitation.
