The practice of Socioeducation that is developed within its paradigm, in an ethical and pedagogical way, and which fully respects all adolescents and their families, still faces many adversities and contradictions in the compliance field of socioeducational measures (MSE). The objective of this thesis, developed by the composition of scientific articles, presents (through institutional implication) an ap-proach to the issues that emerged in the field of research in socioeducational units of deprivation of liberty in the socioeducational system (SSE) of the state of Rio de Janeiro, in the General Department of SocioEducational Actions (Degase), about aspects of the institutional interactions present. This work investigates and analyzes such experience of the research activity with the use of autoethnography articulated with the implication analysis, a device of Institutional Analysis, and a literature review on the subject and similar, exploring aspects of this field, the interaction between the institution and professionals from the units in the relationship with the researchers. It presents the research path in Socioeducation of a professional who is a worker and researcher in this system, and seeks to articulate the experience to understand questions around what it is like to research at Degase, when the resear-cher integrates (or not) the body of institution’s employees. This study seeks to verify if the research activity in this field is promoter of some instituting action, whether it can provoke instituting processes aimed at the practice of Socioeduca-tion, related to adolescents in compliance with a socioeducational measure of de-privation of liberty. The analysis and discussion presented in this thesis, from different perspectives, point out productive reflections to public policies related to this field of research, to reach a time of Socioeducation and of adolescents.
