This essay consists of na evaluation of the development process of the project INCA s Mutlimedia Library, which has already been accomplished, standing out some issues concerning the remote communication and the work relationship in a multidisciplinary team, and the usability of the interface by the users, in relation to the navigation, interaction and recovery of data. The first part of the research had as a goal the identification of the noises in the fulfillment of a project based on a remote communication flow, and the necessity of defining the competences of each active professional in a multidisciplinary team. Concerning the graphic interface, the first studies showed concepts of Usability and the Human-computer Interaction. After the conclusion of the site s first functional prototype, a cooperative evaluation was done, with five professionals of the health field from INCA. This evaluation stage allowed the perception of some necessities for some changes in the interface s design, in order to facilitate the navigation and understanding of the user. The results achieved were important to conclude that the webdesigner must play a fundamental role in the integration of the mutidisciplinary team, seeking the best result at work, focused on the user, following the whole process of elaboration, creation, development, implementation, publication and maintenance, in a partnership with the engineers. It was also possible to elaborate a series of recommendations for changes and implementations on the interface of the site, starting from a redesign proposal, which will make the navigation more intuitive and functional to the user.
