The word in spite of becoming bigger and broader, is, at the same time narrowing. Bigger and broader due to people s needs for economic growth, scientific progress and technological development. These factors will enable people to improve and face the future. Narrower because men shortened distances, inventions are more and more complex and make communication easier and better. The target company of this study, a small load familial business, is inserted in this scenario. In spite of having been in the market for around fifteen years, the business does not have a structure. This paper aims mainly at building the necessary conditions to turn the company into a more profitable business. In order to do it, we will make use of some standard s such as organizational life cycle, organizational structure, the chain of value and the standardization of organizational processes.
