In this paper mathematical techniques are used to analyze thoroughly streamflow series to establish a law valid for a complete hydrologic basin. For the detailed analysis, where autoregressive integrated moving average modelo are applied a transfer function Rain-Streamflow as built, in order to complete or extend the existing streamflow series. The numerical data used in this work are those of the Rio Grande basin.
