The objective of this study is to analyze the organization
impacts generated by
the implantation of a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
system. The company chosen
for the analysis was Michelin Industry and Commerce Ltda,
that introduced the system
integrated in the year of 2001. The author of this work
folloied all the process of
implantation carried through in the commercial area and
describes on the basis his
comments and of the concepts of the administration, the
joined benefits and difficulties.
