Resumo:
This paper has as the main objective to recommends witch characteristics an internet entertainment magazine, CityGrip.com, should posses in order to become a marketable possibility. For that end, researches about homepage usability, costumer satisfaction and Internet marketing where made. Through a qualitative research within the target audience, it was defined what is considered to be fundamental in this type of enterprise and also what are the main needs of the public that should be satisfied by the magazine.
