The present study aims at understanding and proposing
improvement in the
process to duly comply with a request from a supplier of
electrical, hydraulic and
construction material in the state of Rio de Janeiro,
hereafter named Alfa. The
researcher will engage in a qualitative research with
company s retail clients for
the purpose of identifying its perception and opinion on
the process of supplying
client s needs in this area of business. As a final
result, the study shall
contemplate a sequence of procedures with guidelines for
Alfa s improvement
and, ultimately, an increase in the total of its sales.
