Resumo:
The main purpose of this paper is to study all the relevant aspects of the introduction of Nestlé retail stores in the market. That would create an alternative channel for the distribution of Nestlé products - the traditional and the new ones. Nestlé would also use these stores as a show-room, in order to launch in a massive version (supermarket) the products which could obtain satisfatory results later. To reach the necessary conclusions, the market in which the stores would be inserted was studied, as well as the and the product portfolio.
