Resumo:
This work considers the evaluation of the Usability of the site Americanas.com through the current and potential customer s perception. The main objective of the present study is to understand what pleases or not Americanas.com costumers. At last the study has the objective of suggesting improvements for the company s homepage (main page). It is supported in a theoretical referencial, that are analyzed the characteristics of the following points: i) e-commerce; ii) the Internet marketing; iii) forms of spreading in the Internet; iv) the consumer online and v) usability. The study is complemented by the development of a research, with questionnaire application sent by email. The collected datas are used to understand what the searched ones think about Americanas.com homepage.
