Resumo:
This study aims to investigate the sports marketing strategies adopted by Flamengo from 2019 to 2023. Field research was conducted with fans and a marketing professional to deepen the understanding of the club s current organizational structure and the fans expectations regarding their team. Based on the collected data, a comparison was made between Flamengo and other Brazilian clubs and an analysis of the fans aspirations. This allowed for the formulation of enhanced recommendations to improve Flamengo s performance in the field of sports marketing.
