Resumo:
This study aims to evaluate the impacts of the project portfolio management strategy on the administrative team of the Tecgraf Institute, a department of technical-scientific software research and development with 36 years of operation at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Project Portfolio Management (PPM) plays a pivotal role in organizations, focusing on the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and monitoring of projects aligned with the institution s strategic planning. In this context, the research intends to explore how the implementation of this practice can lead to positive impacts on the efficiency and effectiveness of the work team s operations, considering the complexity of the structure of a nonprofit organization, as is the case with PUCRio.
