Resumo:
The study focused on digital recruitment and selection, employing interviews as a research methodology. The results highlighted emerging trends, such as the increasing use of artificial intelligence, gamification, and sentiment analysis. Additionally, diversity and inclusion gained prominence, while ethical issues, such as combating algorithmic bias, were also discussed. Remote recruitment, driven by the pandemic, appears to be a lasting practice. The study suggests that future research further explores the impact of these trends and practices in recruitment, as well as in areas such as diversity and ethics in the process.
