|
The objective of this technological article is to identify opportunities for
improvements in the BRE AAI company s billing process, which make it less
susceptible to errors that generate financial losses. To achieve this objective, we
went through the stages of mapping the billing process, analysis of the billing
process to identify opportunities for improvement and, finally, suggestions for new
designs of the processes analyzed with the opportunities for improvement
identified. All process mapping was carried out based on the application of the
BPMN technique. At the end of the article, the conclusions were presented, as well
as their social or technological contribution to the analyzed company and society.
