|
This research had the function of investigating the impact of the pandemic
on the manifestation of Burnout Syndrome in the lives of university students.
Burnout Syndrome is a psychological disorder characterized by emotional
exhaustion, depersonalization and decreased personal fulfillment. The pandemic
may have intensified risk factors for Burnout, such as work overload, lack of
control over the university environment and lack of social support. The research
had the final objective of analyzing the relationship between the pandemic and
the burnout syndrome in university students, in order to monitor students who
have a negative impact on their academic and personal life due to the burnout
syndrome.
