|
The main objective of this study is to discover whether the cultural
differences raised about Brazil and the United States affect the organizational
environment in the American country and, consequently, the productivity of
Brazilian expatriates.
Also, some important concepts for the study regarding the following themes
were presented: Management in the Global Environment, Expatriation Process,
Culture and Productivity.
In order to reach the result, interviews were conducted with four Brazilian
expatriates, seeking to know their perceptions about the processes that they
participated or are participating in and what national cultural differences they
noticed that influence the organizational environment.
