The IT Area is one of the fastest growing areas and which are most in demand in all work spheres in the current professional market. Because of that, it s important that companies, universities and the professionals be aware of several aspects of the IT market, from personal, academic and professional qualification of the graduate students who took courses in the area, even the trends that market seeks from the new technologies that are created daily and from the search for professionals in each technological sector. The goal of this project is to develop a software tool that helps IT professionals, universities and companies to make decision based on raw data analysis aimed at all academic and professional areas of IT. For this, it is shown in chapter 3 how the metrics and data that were used in this project were collected, applied as a basis for comparison from research presented in articles and papers, pointed out in chapter 6. In addition, the tool allows that from the metrics analyzed in the section ??, the user is able to pass their own data mass to perform the analysis on top of his case study. The central idea of this project is to make this tool available as a way to help these users to carry out analysis with their own data and also to bring a study of the analysis performed in this project with a mass of collected data. We conclude that this software tool has proven effective as a tool to assist users in decision-making and professional strengthening.
