A major challenge for all corporations was the COVID-19 pandemic, which imposed on all organizations a notorious difficulty in dealing with the new reality, given that there is not only an economic reality, but also a health one. Among these challenges, leaders around the world found themselves in a new dilemma, which was to join the home office at once or see their companies stop. This work presents a qualitative study and the search for the characteristic that every company craves nowadays, a leadership prepared for major challenges in the home office. In view of this, the present work seeks in the literature and in studies already carried out, the best practices of leadership in the home office, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
