Teleworking was the way that many institutions continued their activities, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which started in 2020. With measures of social isolation and the lack of physical presence in corporate environments, this research seeks to understand teleworking and the perception of employees of a banking institution, addressing the main advantages and disadvantages of adopting this model and its effects and implications on quality of life. Finally, we found the results in a case study carried out within a company in the financial sector located in Rio de Janeiro. The work aimed at completing a business administration course at PUC-RIO college.
