The present monographic work aims to analyze the current literature involving the use of Agile management in the development of software and related processes in technology companies along with a debate of the current situation of this market and important aspects of it. Along with this context, an analysis and survey of the main recurring problems related to the use of these management tools in specific software companies is carried out, where recommendations for possible adjustments that will improve their processes and reduce the impact of these adversities will be made. The observations made in this work can add value by serving as a basis for future analysis and recommendations in other companies that present similar barriers in their management.
